Wet N Wild Color Icon Eyeshadow Trio

Hey guys!!!

I always thought that Wet N Wild would be a very bad makeup line because it is so cheap so I never thought about trying anything from the brand. Until I saw my friend Nikki talk about the brand and I decided to go purchase something to try it out.

I decided to try the Color Icon Eyeshadow Trio in the shade Sweet as Candy. It was $2.99 at Target. There were so many shades so it was a little overwhelming and I was not sure which one to choose. In the end I thought why not get the most neutral one and see how I like it. When I got home I swatched the colors and I was really impressed how pigmented they are without a primer.

I really like that it is labeled on where you apply the shadows. That is great for beginners who don't know where to apply what. It has browbone on the lighter shade, crease on the brown shade, and eyelid on the pink shade. You can't really see the labels on my shadows since this trio was very well loved. They are a little powdery, but before you apply it to your eye just tap off the excess and it will be fine. I wore primer when I first wore the shades and it lasted all day on me. The shadows are very blendable and really easy to work with. I am in love I really want to get more.

Have you guys tried out these shadows?? Which trio is your favorite one?? What are some of your favorite Wet N Wild products??

Rose and Ben Beauty Brushes

Hey guys!! I haven't done a beauty post in a while and I was in the mood to do one because I am very excited to talk about these! I started follow Rose on IG roseandben  thanks to my friend and I have been loving her content. You can see the passion she has for makeup. I love that she posts on IG stories almost everyday doing a tutorial or talking about her fav products.  I have actually purchased and few of her recommendations and 99% of the products I have bought have become staples in my collection.  When she announced she was coming out with a brand  Rose and Ben Beauty  I just knew it would be brushes because she would always be using prototypes in her tutorials. I trusted her judgment in products soooo I bought most of the collection.  Aren't these brushes beautiful?? When I first got the brushes I felt the bristles and they were so soft. The quality of the bristles and even the handles feels so luxurious. I love the color of the handles too. I ...

Laura Mercier TLSP VoxBox

Hey guys!!! I received the Laura Mercier TLSP VoxBox complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes and I was really excited cause I actually already loved using this product and I got a backup for it thanks to this box. #contest #HowDoYouTLSP I actually used to use the Invisible Loose Setting Powder and I really did enjoy it, BUT I think the Loose Translucent Powder is a little bit better.  You can check my Instagram:  theladypsyche and see how my skin looks after setting my face since 100% of the time I use this product.  I use it to bake my under eyes, bake my contour, and set my entire face. My skin doesn't look cakey or dry when I use this product. It leaves my skin looking flawless and helps prevent my concealer from creasing.  I do recommend if you are dry to not bake and just use this product to set everything because it can make you look dry if you do bake. I actually have combination skin so this product works perfectly for me ...

Battle of the Eye Primers

Hey guys!! I have oily eyelids and I struggled when I was younger with my eyeshadows and eyeliner creasing. At the time I never understood why. I went into sephora a couple years ago with my best friend and asked "how can I stop that from happening?" That's when I was introduced to eye primers. My first ever eye primer was the Too Faced Shadow Insurance. I have been testing out 6 different eyelid primers and out of the six only two did not work for me. I decided to do this blog for the people that have that same issue as me and to show you guys what options there are out there in the make up world from drugstore to high end.   I tried the ELF Eyelid Primer, Rimmel Exaggerate Undercover Shadow Primer, Mary Kay eye primer, Urban Decay Primer Potion, Too Faced Shadow Isurance, and BareMinerals Prime Time Primer. I'm going to start off with the one that was the worst one out of all of these. It was the Rimmel Exaggerate Undercover Shadow Primer. $4.99 ...
