Jaclyn Hill Favorites Morphe Palette

Hey guys!!

At first I wasn't going to do this review because it is a limited edition palette, but I really wanted to tell you guys about the product. I know you can get these shadows individually for $2-$3 a shadow. I am talking about the Jaclyn Hill Favorites Palette by Morphe Brushes.

When I started hearing about this brand I was a little hesitant to try anything because of how cheap each eyeshadow is. Once I saw that Jaclyn Hill was coming out with a palette with them I decided it was the perfect time to try them out. When I first got it in the mail I immediately wanted to swatch it to see what all the hype was about....

As you guys can see the pigmentation is amazing!! Most of these swatches were just one swipe. I was so surprised for $2-$3 a shadow this is the best pigmentation I had ever seen. I especially love all the shimmery shadows in the palette!

Now as for blendability and staying power. These shadows blend like a dream. One time I had applied too much in my crease and it blended out without any trouble. Lasting power I always use an eye primer so for me it lasts all day.

Some colors have a little fallout, but all you have to do is tap the excess off your brush and it will be good. It is only the very shimmery shades that have the fallout.

Overall I am in love with this palette and the brand in general. I love that the palette has neutrals and colors in it. It is a great everyday palette for me. I highly recommend you guys try out Morphe Brushes eyeshadows if you have not done so yet. I am really interested in trying out the brushes next. Which one you guys recommend??

Rose and Ben Beauty Brushes

Hey guys!! I haven't done a beauty post in a while and I was in the mood to do one because I am very excited to talk about these! I started follow Rose on IG roseandben  thanks to my friend and I have been loving her content. You can see the passion she has for makeup. I love that she posts on IG stories almost everyday doing a tutorial or talking about her fav products.  I have actually purchased and few of her recommendations and 99% of the products I have bought have become staples in my collection.  When she announced she was coming out with a brand  Rose and Ben Beauty  I just knew it would be brushes because she would always be using prototypes in her tutorials. I trusted her judgment in products soooo I bought most of the collection.  Aren't these brushes beautiful?? When I first got the brushes I felt the bristles and they were so soft. The quality of the bristles and even the handles feels so luxurious. I love the color of the handles too. I ...

Laura Mercier TLSP VoxBox

Hey guys!!! I received the Laura Mercier TLSP VoxBox complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes and I was really excited cause I actually already loved using this product and I got a backup for it thanks to this box. #contest #HowDoYouTLSP I actually used to use the Invisible Loose Setting Powder and I really did enjoy it, BUT I think the Loose Translucent Powder is a little bit better.  You can check my Instagram:  theladypsyche and see how my skin looks after setting my face since 100% of the time I use this product.  I use it to bake my under eyes, bake my contour, and set my entire face. My skin doesn't look cakey or dry when I use this product. It leaves my skin looking flawless and helps prevent my concealer from creasing.  I do recommend if you are dry to not bake and just use this product to set everything because it can make you look dry if you do bake. I actually have combination skin so this product works perfectly for me ...

Battle of the Eye Primers

Hey guys!! I have oily eyelids and I struggled when I was younger with my eyeshadows and eyeliner creasing. At the time I never understood why. I went into sephora a couple years ago with my best friend and asked "how can I stop that from happening?" That's when I was introduced to eye primers. My first ever eye primer was the Too Faced Shadow Insurance. I have been testing out 6 different eyelid primers and out of the six only two did not work for me. I decided to do this blog for the people that have that same issue as me and to show you guys what options there are out there in the make up world from drugstore to high end.   I tried the ELF Eyelid Primer, Rimmel Exaggerate Undercover Shadow Primer, Mary Kay eye primer, Urban Decay Primer Potion, Too Faced Shadow Isurance, and BareMinerals Prime Time Primer. I'm going to start off with the one that was the worst one out of all of these. It was the Rimmel Exaggerate Undercover Shadow Primer. $4.99 ...
