Sephora Collection Cream Lip Stain

Hey guys!!! Happy National Lipstick Day!! In honor of that day I am going to talk about my newest lip product obsession and even my boyfriend loves it. When your significant other loves it you know it is good! I have heard Amelia Liana talk about it so much and when she spoke about it in the Lip Product Addict Tag that is when I really really wanted it.  It is Sephora Collection Cream Lip Stain in 01 Always Red. I am usually not a fan of anything matte because my lips get dried up really easily, but for some reason I still wanted to give this one a try. I tried it on when I got home and it was really pigmented! I let the product dry so I could see if there will be any transfer on my fingers. There was absolutely no transfer at all and I had a event to go to with my boyfriend so it was the perfect time to test it out. One thing I do recommend you do before you apply this is exfoliate your lips and moisturize them as well. It lasted me the whole night and you can gi...

Clinique Makeup Brush Cleanser

Hey guys!! I was watching Amanda Ensing's June Favorites  video  and she spoke about this makeup cleanser and I was really interested in trying it out. She was talking about the  Clinique Makeup Brush Cleanser  and that it was her holy grail product, but thanks to her it is now mine. I went into Macy's to purchase mine and it was $15 which I didn't mind paying. I mostly got this product for my foundation brush because honestly everytime I used it I would go thoroughly wash the brush that same day. I would hate to use the brush the next day with leftover foundation in the brush. On the website it says, " Thoroughly cleanses brushes, removing makeup residue build-up. Keeps brush hairs in optimal condition. Monthly cleansing is recommended to ensure the highest level of hygiene, help brushes last longer."  I used this on all my brushes the first time I used it and I loved it. It left them smelling good, cleaned most of the makeup residue especially with...

NuMe MegaStar Flat Iron

Hey guys!!! I was looking for a new straightener for a long time and when my previous one broke I decided it was time. After looking everywhere and doing some research I decided to go with NuMe MegaStar thanks to Casey Holmes always raving about it. I was able to use a discount on it. When I went to purchase it I saw that they offered the straightener in different colors. They have black, purple, pink, and blue so I went with my favorite color.  When I received I decided to use it on my mom's curly hair and see how good it works. I was so impressed with this straightener. It normally takes a while for me to straighten her hair maybe 45 minutes and this one cut my time in half.  A few days later I tried it on my own hair and again I was very impressed. I normally take 20-30 mins to do my hair, but with this one it takes me 15 minutes with no distractions. It heats up quickly so if you are in a rush at least you don't have to wait to long for it to heat up. Kee...

Favorite New York City Restaurants

Hey guys!!! I thought I would do something different on my blog today. I was just on vacation to New York and I have my list of favorite restaurants that I would like to recommend. Some of these restaurants I HAVE to go back everytime I go to New York because it is that good! 1.  Mighty Quinn's Barbeque : If you love brisket then this is the place for you. This place has the BEST brisket I have ever tasted and I always compare any other brisket to this one. So far no brisket has been able to compare to it.  2. Shake Shack: OMG these are the best burgers I have ever had. I especially love the SmokeShack burger it has bacon in it. I love me some bacon. I enjoy their cheese fries and their lemonade. Ever since I tried these burgers I compare them to every other burger place I go to. I haven't found anything better yet. 3.  Hana Japanese Cuisine We recently discovered this restaurant last week when I was in town which I was ...

Makeup Geek Eyeshadows and Blush

Hey guys!!! I'm sure most people know who is Marlena the creator of Makeup Geek, but if you don't know you need to get out from that rock your living in, get on YouTube, and watch. She came out with her own makeup brand. She only has eyeshadows, gel eyeliners, pigments, blushes, and brushes. I love that all her products are cruelty free, talc and paraben free, and they ship worldwide. You can only order Makeup Geek online and the eyeshadows can be either in pan form so you can put it in a Z-palette or in pot form. Now to show you what I have purchased so far: When you get them in the mail they come like this. I purchased them in pan form so I can put them in a Z-palette. Left to Right: (top row) Cosmopolitan, Creme Brulee, Mermaid, Razzleberry, Rockstar, and Shimma Shimma, (bottom row) Summer Fling, and Insomnia.  I love that the name of every shade is on the back of the pan so you can never forget what the names are. I probably would if it didn't. T...

L'Oreal Paris Infallible Eyeshadows

Hey guys!!! I am excited to talk about my favorite eyeshadows from the drugstore. If you haven't tried one you need to especially one particular shade. Can anyone guess which one??  Aren't these shades gorgeous??!! Oh my god I can't deal haha.  Left to Right: Golden Sage, Burst into Bloom, Sultry Smoke, Glistening Garnet, and Amber Rush.  I first discovered these from my friend Nikki she was reviewing them on YouTube and I was fascinated by them. After that I started seeing one particular shade all over YouTube and that was Amber Rush. I decided to go get that one first during a sale at Ulta. Ever since then I have been hooked. The shade is so beautiful that I had to get more.  They are very pigmented and very metallic shadows except Sultry Smoke it is not as metallic. These shadows are like pigments. You can apply these with either your finger or a flat eyeshadow brush. They are very easy to blend. I love to use these on mornings when I go t...

Collective Haul

Hey guys!! I have been doing a little bit of shopping the last couple of weeks and I never put up a haul because it wasn't a lot of stuff. Now I have quite a few things so I can show you guys!! I always give myself a budget everytime I get a new check so I can save up some money. So I don't buy too much stuff at once that's why it's a collective haul. Sally Hansen Hard as Nails Extreme Wear in 100 Invinsible-  I just needed a clear polish as my top coat for everytime I do my nails. Sephora Cream Lip Stain in 01 Always Red-  I always see Amelia Liana on YouTube talking about this product and I really wanted to try it of course.  The Body Shop Camomile Silky Cleansing Oil-  Again I saw Amelia raving about this product and The Body Shop was having a 40% off sale and free shipping so I thought let's take advantage.  The Body Shop Vitamin E Lip Care Stick SPF 15-  I am looking for my perfect lip balm and since they were having the sale I thought...

Covergirl Outlast Stay Fabulous 3 in 1 Foundation

Hey guys!! Finally I am reviewing this foundation. I don't know what took me so long since I have been using this foundation for a while now. I have heard great things about this foundation on YouTube so I decided to try it out as always. I got it from Target for under $10. There are 14 shades on their website and I have 845 warm beige. This is still kinda light for me, but it is okay all I have to do is bronze up my skin. I am very impressed with this foundation because I traveled back in October I applied this around 3ish am and I didn't remove it till 10pm that night and it was still there like I just put it on. Keep in mind I have Normal to Dry skin and if I have dry patches it will enhance those patches. It is medium to full coverage and my favorite way to apply this is using my Real Techniques Complexion Sponge. I agree with everything this foundation is claiming to do: lasting power of a primer, coverage of a concealer, and blendability of a foundation. ...

Real Techniques Starter Kit

Hey guys!!! When I got the  Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge  I loved it so much that I wanted to try the brushes. I have collected quite a few brushes, but I will only talk about one set of brushes. One time  Ulta  was having a 40% off sale on Real Techniques so I took advantage and got the Starter Kit. As you can see they are all eye brushes and I love using every single one of them. They are all very soft and I try to wash them on a weekly basis if I don't get too lazy. Now on to the individual brushes and what I use them for. Accent Brush The website says it is used for precision detailing, highlighting, and smudging. I use it to highlight my inner corner and I love it. It is small enough to put it in your inner corner and highlight it more precise.  Deluxe Crease Brush The website says it is a soft, oversized design for effortless contouring. I love to use this brush to put a transition shade in my crease and to at...

Benefit Watt's Up

Hey guys!!! I received the Benefit Watt's up in my little birthday sample box from Sephora and I had used it a couple of times, but I had left it in my collection for a while. Untill I saw  Shaaanxo  use it in one of her tutorials and it looked gorgeous on her. So I took it out and now I am in love. When I put this on my cheekbones it gives a beautiful glow to the cheeks. I don't know why I had it hiding in my collection. It is a cream to powder highlighter and sometimes I use a powder highlighter on top for a little extra glow whenever I am feeling it. It is a gorgeous champagne glow and it is really easy to blend. The picture is a heavy swatch so you can see it better since I don't have the best camera at the moment. This sample size will last me a while, but once I am out I will be hesitant to buy a full size because it is $30 at  Sephora , but I will most likely repurchase eventually cause I love it so much. Have you guys tried this prod...

Origins GinZing Refreshing Eye Cream

Hey guys!!! My friend Krystelle highly recommended me this eye cream and I went for it because I trust her. It took me a bit of convincing because of the price. I got it from  Sephora  for $30 and I just could justify spending that much money on an eye cream, but she convinced me to do it! Also I have been into looking into skin care products that have natural ingredients and Origins is a great one to try. It is such a small pot, but a little bit goes a long way. I have had this for a couple of months and I am not even halfway done with it. I noticed that it has a little bit of shimmer in it, but honestly I don't mind it.  At first I wasn't too sure if I loved this enough to make it my HOLY GRAIL product, but after today it is really close. It definitely is moisturizing which was very important to me since I have dry skin. My concealer glides on like a dream and it is easier to blend. It says it brightens and depuffs on the front of the pot. Last night...

June 2014 Favorites

Hey guys!! I can't believe its already July!! Time is going by too fast! Now on to the favorites for the month!   EcoTools Pure Complexion Facial Sponge-  I received this from Influenster in my VowVoxBox and I love this. I believe this has helped my skin a lot. Of course slowly but surely I noticed a difference on my skin and I am happy with the results. My skin is not where I want it to be yet, but this has helped a lot. It's only $5.99 and I will def repurchase once its time to replace it. Origins Super Spot Remover Acne Treatment Gel-  This was my new edition to my skin care routine this month it is for whenever I get a new pimple. I put this on it and it does not get any bigger. It slowly goes down. It stings at first, but it is not that bad. Too Faced Primed & Poreless Face Primer-  I didn't think I would enjoy this primer, but I love it. It has subtle shimmer and I love that about it. To me it compares to the Benefit POREfessional, but keep ...
