2015 Beauty Favorites: Lips

Hey guys!!

Finally it is time for my last Beauty Favorites of 2015. I have done face and eye favorites already and now it is time for lips. This one was kinda tricky, but I finally got it narrowed down to a reasonable amount.

  • NYX Butter Gloss- I love the formula of these butter glosses. These have a subtle hint of color and doesn't dry out my lips. It is not too sticky and it smells good. The one I have on the picture is the color Sugar Cookie and I been loving it a lot recently.
  • Sephora Collection Cream Lip Stain- My HOLY GRAIL liquid lipsticks!! These don't dry out my lips at all and when I eat I do reapply, but it doesn't crumble afterwards It layers very well, lasts all day, and it is a moussy consistency. I actually only spoke to you guys about 1 shade, but I have now more shades and I plan on getting most of the collection. I will do an update post so I can show you swatches. The shade I am showing here is 13 Marvelous Mauve.
  • Bellapierre Cosmetics Mineral Lipstick- I was surprised how much I really enjoyed this lipstick. It is a natural brand and the product is moisturizing and pigmented. The best way to describe the consistency is that it feels like a gel formula. Interesting product, but I love it.
  • NYX High Voltage Lipsticks- These are one of my favorite lipstick formulas from the drugstore and I can't get enough of these. My top favorites that I have are Twisted and Dirty Talk. These are really hydrating and last a long time on the lips. On me when these fade they don't fade blotchy and some even leave a stain behind especially Twisted.
  • Anastasia Beverly Hills Liquid Lipstick- My one and only ABH Liquid Lipstick that I own. I have the shade Sad Girl and it is one of my most favorite vampy shades that I have. This is another moussy texture liquid lipsticks. I have noticed that these formulas don't dry my lips out too horribly or crumble on me.
  • Maybelline Creamy Matte Lipsticks- This is another favorite lipstick formula in the drugstore. This is another line I would love to have the entire collection. These lipsticks are really creamy and matte, but it does transfer and you definitely do have to reapply throughout the day. It smells really good as well.
  • Bite Beauty High Pigment Pencil- I love these lippies thanks to my friend Krystelle. She is a bad influence on me. These are very glossy looking lipsticks and very pigmented. I am loving the shade Rhubarb right now, but overall I love all the colors in my collection. The lipsticks are really moisturizing especially during the winter months. These pencils you can actually eat the lipstick of your lips and not worry about any harmful ingredients.
  • Sephora Collection Luster Matte Long-Wear Lip Color- Again this is another lipstick formula that I want all of the shades in the collection because I love it that much. This product is interesting. It turns matte, but at the same time it is not matte. It also gives a beautiful shine on your lips. It is really moisturizing, highly pigmented, and very long wearing. You do have to reapply after you eat, but I am okay with that.
  • OFRA Liquid Lipsticks- This the last collection of lipsticks that I want the entire collection, especially since this collection has every color of the rainbow. Another moussy texture formula that doesn't crumble on my lips. Lasts all day just like every other liquid lipstick on this post. My lips are special and love all the expensive liquid lipsticks, but oh well.
  • LOC Love of Color by Tati- This product kinda reminds me of another lip pencil that I will talk about later and also the Maybelline Creamy Matte. I tried her entire lipstick collection and I have no regrets. Again it doesn't dry out my lips, very creamy, and last all day unless you eat then you will need to reapply.
Those are my lipstick favorites of 2015. I am sorry if I seem repetitive in this post, but there are reason why I love all of these lipsticks with similar formulas. What are some of your favorites lipsticks of 2015??

Lots of posts coming your way next week. Work has been crazy hectic for me which is why it took me so long to get these favorites up. Thanks again everyone who has supported me last year and I hope you will stick around for another year. xoxo

Rose and Ben Beauty Brushes

Hey guys!! I haven't done a beauty post in a while and I was in the mood to do one because I am very excited to talk about these! I started follow Rose on IG roseandben  thanks to my friend and I have been loving her content. You can see the passion she has for makeup. I love that she posts on IG stories almost everyday doing a tutorial or talking about her fav products.  I have actually purchased and few of her recommendations and 99% of the products I have bought have become staples in my collection.  When she announced she was coming out with a brand  Rose and Ben Beauty  I just knew it would be brushes because she would always be using prototypes in her tutorials. I trusted her judgment in products soooo I bought most of the collection.  Aren't these brushes beautiful?? When I first got the brushes I felt the bristles and they were so soft. The quality of the bristles and even the handles feels so luxurious. I love the color of the handles too. I ...

Laura Mercier TLSP VoxBox

Hey guys!!! I received the Laura Mercier TLSP VoxBox complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes and I was really excited cause I actually already loved using this product and I got a backup for it thanks to this box. #contest #HowDoYouTLSP I actually used to use the Invisible Loose Setting Powder and I really did enjoy it, BUT I think the Loose Translucent Powder is a little bit better.  You can check my Instagram:  theladypsyche and see how my skin looks after setting my face since 100% of the time I use this product.  I use it to bake my under eyes, bake my contour, and set my entire face. My skin doesn't look cakey or dry when I use this product. It leaves my skin looking flawless and helps prevent my concealer from creasing.  I do recommend if you are dry to not bake and just use this product to set everything because it can make you look dry if you do bake. I actually have combination skin so this product works perfectly for me ...

Battle of the Eye Primers

Hey guys!! I have oily eyelids and I struggled when I was younger with my eyeshadows and eyeliner creasing. At the time I never understood why. I went into sephora a couple years ago with my best friend and asked "how can I stop that from happening?" That's when I was introduced to eye primers. My first ever eye primer was the Too Faced Shadow Insurance. I have been testing out 6 different eyelid primers and out of the six only two did not work for me. I decided to do this blog for the people that have that same issue as me and to show you guys what options there are out there in the make up world from drugstore to high end.   I tried the ELF Eyelid Primer, Rimmel Exaggerate Undercover Shadow Primer, Mary Kay eye primer, Urban Decay Primer Potion, Too Faced Shadow Isurance, and BareMinerals Prime Time Primer. I'm going to start off with the one that was the worst one out of all of these. It was the Rimmel Exaggerate Undercover Shadow Primer. $4.99 ...
