NYX Butter Glosses

Hey guys!!!

I know I have said I was going to review this product a while back, but I don't know why I would always forget. The NYX butter glosses are raved about on YouTube and of course I wanted to try them out myself. I bought one myself, I received one from my friend in our swap, and one from Ipsy. I have the shades Creme Brulee, Sugar Cookie, Strawberry Parfait.

I received Creme Brulee from Ipsy and to be honest it isn't my favorite one. I don't like the way nude looks on my lips, but the way I made it work I applied Strawberry Parfait on top and I liked it better that way. I honestly wouldn't have had purchased this shade myself. I noticed that the lighter the color the less pigmentation it has and the darker the color the more pigmentation it has.

I love the formula of these butter glosses. They are not too sticky and they don't dry out my lips. I also love using these on top of lipsticks to add more shine if that is what I am in the mood for. I like using these on its own if I just want a wash of color on my lips or want some shine or maybe some moisture on my lips.

Overall I love these butter glosses. I love using these for everyday use and I honestly want to get more, but only the darker colors. The lighter colors will not really show up on my lips so I would rather get the more pigmented ones.

What are some of you guys favorite shades?? What are some of your favorite NYX products??

Rose and Ben Beauty Brushes

Hey guys!! I haven't done a beauty post in a while and I was in the mood to do one because I am very excited to talk about these! I started follow Rose on IG roseandben  thanks to my friend and I have been loving her content. You can see the passion she has for makeup. I love that she posts on IG stories almost everyday doing a tutorial or talking about her fav products.  I have actually purchased and few of her recommendations and 99% of the products I have bought have become staples in my collection.  When she announced she was coming out with a brand  Rose and Ben Beauty  I just knew it would be brushes because she would always be using prototypes in her tutorials. I trusted her judgment in products soooo I bought most of the collection.  Aren't these brushes beautiful?? When I first got the brushes I felt the bristles and they were so soft. The quality of the bristles and even the handles feels so luxurious. I love the color of the handles too. I ...

Home Chef

Hey guys!!! Do you guys ever struggle to figure out what to make for dinner everyday?? Do you guys want to change it up every once in a while and try something new??  That was me a few months back and I ran across Home Chef in a YouTube video and I clicked on the link she had and I tried it out! They make it really easy for you! They send a a binder so you can use it to put all the new recipes that you receive for future usage. You go online to your account and they have about 15 different meals for you to choose from. You can either order for 2 servings or 4 servings. Also you can customize your account if you are vegetarian or have any allergies so they will not show you the meals that you are unable to eat. Each meal doesn't take long to do. It can take you about 30 minutes for you to do each meal. This was one of the first meals I made: Crispy BBQ Tofu The ingredients for each recipe comes in separate bags and are organized. Each ingredient is por...

Nails of the Week

Hey guys!!! I decided to talk about what is on my nails for the week. I will be doing this a couple times a month since I like to change my nail colors frequently! I used China Glaze polish in the color Frostbite and on top i used the Wet n Wild Wild Shine glitter polish. I am not too sure what the name of it is, but it is my favorite glitter polish to use. This was my first time using a China Glaze nail polish, but I was kinda disappointed. I had to apply the color about 3-4 times for it to be this pretty bright color. If you don't have time to sit there and apply this many coats and wait for it to dry I don't recommend this color.  The upside about this nail polish is that it lasts on your nails without chipping. Normally mine start chipping after 3 days because I wash my hands so many times a day since I work with kids. Right now its the 6th day and I only have minor chipping. Maybe I will try another color in this brand soon. You guys have any recommendatio...
