Hada Labo Cleansing Oil

Hey guys!! As a continuation to my last post I will be chatting about the Hada Labo Cleansing Oil.  I have tried many different cleansing oils and cleansing balms for a while and Dr. Dray recommended this product in one of her videos.  This is is my 1st step in my double cleansing method. I use two pumps, I rub my palms together, apply it onto dry skin, and I rub it into my face and neck until it breaks down makeup/skincare. Gently massage it for 1-2 minutes, wet my hands, and keep massaging for another 1-2 minutes.  The oil will turn white once you apply water to your skin. It is emulsifying! Once I finish massaging the product, I will wash it off thoroughly and I am done with this step of my skincare routine. This product doesn't leave a film on my skin after I wash it off.  It removes all of my makeup, my waterproof mascara, and even waterproof/water resistant sunscreen. You can get this product on Amazon or Stylevana if you guys are interested in trying this out. This was

My Updated SkinCare Routine

Hey guys!!  Finally, after years since my last post about this..... My Updated Skincare Routine! Ever since that post about my skincare routine A LOT has changed and my opinions on skincare has changed. My previous routine was interesting....don't follow my advice from that post. 😆😅  My skin type is dry, combination, sensitive acne prone. Hada Labo Cleansing Oil - I only use this at night to remove my makeup and sunscreen. Honest Beauty Calm On Foaming Cleanser - I use this morning and night. Heritage Store Rosewater & Glycerin Hydrating Facial Mist - I use this morning and night right after cleansing my skin as toner. I normally get the Rosewater Refreshing Facial Mist , but Target sent me the wrong one in the mail so I am using this one for now. Honest Beauty Hydrogel Cream - I use this morning and night right after eye cream. Inkey List Caffeine Eye Cream - I use this morning and night right after toning. Cotz Face Prime & Protect Tinted SPF 40 - I use this in the mo

Chemical or Physical Sunscreen??

Hey guys!! Thought I would continue the topic of Sunscreen for 1 last post.  In your search for the best Sunscreen you may ask, which type of sunscreen will be best for your skin type? Physical or Chemical Sunscreen? What is the difference between the two?? Physical Sunscreen This Sunscreen is like a shield, it sits on top of the skin, and reflects the sun's rays. The active ingredients are Zinc Oxide and/or Titanium Dioxide. It is best for sensitive skin types. It is a mineral based sunscreen. This formulation tends to leave a white cast, but there are some that will not do that. It is a thicker texture so it needs more effort to rub in. Safe for babies and pregnancy. Can rub off easily so reapplication is definitely necessary. It becomes effective right away after application. It can be heavy under makeup because of the thick texture. Chemical Sunscreen This Sunscreen works like a sponge meaning it absorbs the sun's rays into the skin, converts the rays into heat, and releas

Sunscreen! Why is it Important?

Hey guys!!!                                 I have a question for you.....                                                   Do you wear your sunscreen?? If yes, Excellent. You are doing the best thing for your skin. If not, why? What is the reason? Sunscreen is the most important step in your skincare routine. If you don't use it the rest of the routine will not matter. There are many benefits to using a sunscreen. Before I explain why you should wear a sunscreen you should know.... The sun has two types of harmful rays, UVA and UVB. UVA penetrates deep into the skin and causes long term skin damage, aging, and wrinkles. UVB causes sunburn and turns your skin red.  You MUST wear your sunscreen every. single. day. Rain or Shine. When it is cloudy outside the sun's rays are stronger. Up to 80% of the rays can pass through the clouds. If there is snow on the ground the sun's rays can reflect up to 80% of UV rays increasing the risk of sun damage. Finally, the higher the alti

Patrick Ta Double-Take Crème & Powder Blush

Hey guys!! If you are into makeup trends you may know that cream products are a huge right now. Unfortunately, majority of them have ingredients that my skin will not like. I have been looking around for a while to find a product that doesn't clog my pores or irritate my skin.  I kept seeing Babsbeauty and MakeupbyCheryl on YouTube always talking about how amazing the Patrick Ta Double-Take Crème & Powder Blushes are. I decided to look into the ingredients and this one was the first one that doesn't have any type of oils or any fragranced ingredients in the formula. During the Sephora VIB Sale I decided to treat myself and purchase the blush in the shade "Do We Know Her?" It is a very beautiful peachy nude. First, I tried the powder side on it own. It was gorgeous on the cheeks and it faded a little bit by the end of the day, but it was it still visible.  Then, I tried the crème side on its own and I was BLOWN away. I didn't think it was going to be dewy b

Online Skincare Consultations!

Hey guys!! I mentioned before that I am a Licensed Esthetician and unfortunately due to this pandemic I haven't been able to get a job in the field or do services in my home. Thanks to MadiHearts on IG she gave me the idea on how to be able to bring in some income.  I want to be able to do skincare consultations online since I can't do them in person. I will charge $25 for the consultation. You can send me your payment via PayPal. Once you reach out you will set up an appointment, and you will pay so I can hold your spot.  My recommendations will be very affordable. Nothing that I recommend will be more than $30-$40. I will ask you for your skin type and skin concerns(if you have concerns like cystic acne or any skin conditions it will be best to go to a Dermatologist). Also what you are trying to achieve with your skincare. I will want to know what your complete skin care products are and I will let you know what I think about the ingredients in those products and what could
