Anastasia Beverly Hills Liquid Lipstick

Hey guys!!!!

My beauty addict friend Krystelle gifted me the Anastasia Beverly Hills Liquid Lipstick in Sad Girl. I was hesitant to buy this product myself because it is a liquid lipstick and my lips can get horribly drying. Around this time I had tried the Kat Von D one and that had turned me off from liquid lipstick to be honest. My friend gave me the lipstick so why not try it out?

This liquid lipstick has a moussy texture and I am realizing that the liquid lipsticks with the mousse texture doesn't dry out my lips as much. The swatch is only one swipe.

I have been loving this shade because it is really dark and it has some small shimmers. It rare that I love lipsticks with shimmers in it, but for some reason this one is an exception. Oh I know! It looks gorgeous on the lips.

This product does transfer a little bit, but it doesn't matter to me. This lasts all day on the lips unless you eat something oily then you will have to reapply. I was worried about that because the Kat Von D on reapplied horribly on me and it crumbled big time. With this one I had no issue whatsoever and reapplied beautifully.

Overall I am in love with this lipstick and the formula, but I am not sure if I will repurchase because of the price and how much product is actually in the tube. I might repurchase just because I love the color and I don't think I see myself without it in my collection.

Have you guys tried these liquid lipsticks?? What do you think them?? I have a question does the amount of product in your makeup matter to you especially when it has a $20+ price tag??

Rose and Ben Beauty Brushes

Hey guys!! I haven't done a beauty post in a while and I was in the mood to do one because I am very excited to talk about these! I started follow Rose on IG roseandben  thanks to my friend and I have been loving her content. You can see the passion she has for makeup. I love that she posts on IG stories almost everyday doing a tutorial or talking about her fav products.  I have actually purchased and few of her recommendations and 99% of the products I have bought have become staples in my collection.  When she announced she was coming out with a brand  Rose and Ben Beauty  I just knew it would be brushes because she would always be using prototypes in her tutorials. I trusted her judgment in products soooo I bought most of the collection.  Aren't these brushes beautiful?? When I first got the brushes I felt the bristles and they were so soft. The quality of the bristles and even the handles feels so luxurious. I love the color of the handles too. I ...

Battle of the Eye Primers

Hey guys!! I have oily eyelids and I struggled when I was younger with my eyeshadows and eyeliner creasing. At the time I never understood why. I went into sephora a couple years ago with my best friend and asked "how can I stop that from happening?" That's when I was introduced to eye primers. My first ever eye primer was the Too Faced Shadow Insurance. I have been testing out 6 different eyelid primers and out of the six only two did not work for me. I decided to do this blog for the people that have that same issue as me and to show you guys what options there are out there in the make up world from drugstore to high end.   I tried the ELF Eyelid Primer, Rimmel Exaggerate Undercover Shadow Primer, Mary Kay eye primer, Urban Decay Primer Potion, Too Faced Shadow Isurance, and BareMinerals Prime Time Primer. I'm going to start off with the one that was the worst one out of all of these. It was the Rimmel Exaggerate Undercover Shadow Primer. $4.99 ...

Aveeno ultra calming makeup removing wipes

Hey guys!!! I received the Aveeno makeup remover wipes as a gift! Finally I was able to stop using the horrible wipes that I was using before!! These wipes are amazing! They smell so good and everytime I take one out I have to smell it before I use it on my face. They are very moist and they remove most of my face and eye makeup. I always go with a cotton round with another makeup remover no matter which wipes I use just to make sure everything is off. I don't know if they remove waterproof mascara since I am not using one at the moment. Most IMPORTANTLY it did NOT break me out!  I looked online on walmart to see how much it was and it is around $7. I probably will purchase this myself later on down the line.
