BH Cosmetics It'sJudyTime Eyeshadow Palette

Hey guys!!!

If you guys haven't heard or even watched Judy from itsjudytime or itsJudysLife then you have definitely been living under a rock. I didn't know about her up until ThatsHeart did a vlog about her and Judy's meetup and they were promoting their palettes. I already got and reviewed the That's Heart Eyeshadow and Blush Palette so I thought why not get Judy's palette especially since she's one of my top 5 people to watch. I saw it went on sale and I took that chance to get it.

Aren't the shades on this palette gorgeous??! What really drew me in to get this was the purple shades and blue shade. I love that it has her saying under the mirror, "Natural is beautiful, but makeup is glam." This palette has a cream matte color for a brow highlight, transition shade, shimmers, other matte shades, and satin. Now time for the swatches:

OMG I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS PALETTE! You see those gorgeous shades?! Swatched all of these shades are very pigmented, but do they perform as great on the eyes?? Most of the shades do. Most of them are just as pigmented as you see on the picture, they blend beautifully, and are very easy to work with. The colors that gave me a little trouble were the purples and blue shade.

Most of the colors I could only use a eyeshadow primer and that's it. The purples and blue I have to use a Maybelline Color Tattoo after my primer which I don't mind, but for some reason on the first purple color I have to use my finger to put it on. When I tried it with a flat eyeshadow brush it wasn't easy to work with and it wouldn't stick on my eye very well. I am sure if you use Mac fix plus or eye drops it would work and look better.

That purple shade might be a stubborn one, but I still love it! Judy did a great job creating this palette and I will be very sad once I start hitting pan on these eyeshadows. Here's a look I created from Judy's tutorial

Rose and Ben Beauty Brushes

Hey guys!! I haven't done a beauty post in a while and I was in the mood to do one because I am very excited to talk about these! I started follow Rose on IG roseandben  thanks to my friend and I have been loving her content. You can see the passion she has for makeup. I love that she posts on IG stories almost everyday doing a tutorial or talking about her fav products.  I have actually purchased and few of her recommendations and 99% of the products I have bought have become staples in my collection.  When she announced she was coming out with a brand  Rose and Ben Beauty  I just knew it would be brushes because she would always be using prototypes in her tutorials. I trusted her judgment in products soooo I bought most of the collection.  Aren't these brushes beautiful?? When I first got the brushes I felt the bristles and they were so soft. The quality of the bristles and even the handles feels so luxurious. I love the color of the handles too. I ...

Laura Mercier TLSP VoxBox

Hey guys!!! I received the Laura Mercier TLSP VoxBox complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes and I was really excited cause I actually already loved using this product and I got a backup for it thanks to this box. #contest #HowDoYouTLSP I actually used to use the Invisible Loose Setting Powder and I really did enjoy it, BUT I think the Loose Translucent Powder is a little bit better.  You can check my Instagram:  theladypsyche and see how my skin looks after setting my face since 100% of the time I use this product.  I use it to bake my under eyes, bake my contour, and set my entire face. My skin doesn't look cakey or dry when I use this product. It leaves my skin looking flawless and helps prevent my concealer from creasing.  I do recommend if you are dry to not bake and just use this product to set everything because it can make you look dry if you do bake. I actually have combination skin so this product works perfectly for me ...

Battle of the Eye Primers

Hey guys!! I have oily eyelids and I struggled when I was younger with my eyeshadows and eyeliner creasing. At the time I never understood why. I went into sephora a couple years ago with my best friend and asked "how can I stop that from happening?" That's when I was introduced to eye primers. My first ever eye primer was the Too Faced Shadow Insurance. I have been testing out 6 different eyelid primers and out of the six only two did not work for me. I decided to do this blog for the people that have that same issue as me and to show you guys what options there are out there in the make up world from drugstore to high end.   I tried the ELF Eyelid Primer, Rimmel Exaggerate Undercover Shadow Primer, Mary Kay eye primer, Urban Decay Primer Potion, Too Faced Shadow Isurance, and BareMinerals Prime Time Primer. I'm going to start off with the one that was the worst one out of all of these. It was the Rimmel Exaggerate Undercover Shadow Primer. $4.99 ...
