October 2014 Ipsy Bag

It is time to review another Ipsy bag. One thing I have to say is I am excited to receive the November bag. What are you guys getting?? Now back to October's bag.

The makeup bag we received I am in love with it. Look how beautiful. I definitely will be keeping this one.

City Color Be Matte Lipstick

I had been wanting to try these lipsticks for a while after hearing Andrea Matillano rave about them. (If you guys love reviews you should totally check her out) I was so excited to see that I was getting the lipstick especially since I have been loving matte lippies recently. I LOVE this product it is pigmented only one swipe and you get almost full opacity. It is not drying at all and it lasts about 4-5 hours on me. On the picture the left swatch is with 3 swipes and the right one is with one. I want mooorrreee!!!

KISS iENVYbyKISS Lashes

I was going to try these lashes last week, BUT I pulled on the lash too hard trying to take it off the packaging that it ruined the lash. I am sure you can tell with the picture how I ruined it. I was sad that I couldn't try this.

Figs & Rouge Hand Cream

When I first opened this cream I LOVE the way it smelled and I had high hopes for this. I always use a hand cream before bed so my hands can soak in the moisture while I sleep since I wash my hands 10,000 times a day. I had to put on 2-3 layers for it to feel moisturizing. It is not as moisturizing as I want it to be. I am almost done with it and it is not my favorite hand cream.

Skyn Iceland Mini Glacial Cleansing Cloths

I didn't technically use this for my face, but I did use it for swatches. It was pretty good to remove the swatches. Sometimes some wipes come too dry, but these were very very moist. If you are looking for some new cleansing wipes maybe you will enjoy these.

ModelCo VOLUMEYES Extreme Black Mascara

This one is short and sweet. This mascara isn't waterproof so I didn't even try it. I am just going to give it to someone I know.

Whitening Lightning Color Your Smile Lighted Lip Gloss

Hey guys!!! Have you guys heard of Jaclyn Hill ?? If not you have been missing out. She does the best make-up tutorials and recently she had a brush set with Sigma which I missed out on cause I couldn't afford it at the time. Then she announced she came out with her own lip gloss through Whitening Lightning and decided to go ahead and get this one even if it was a little pricey, but I saved up money for it. See how pigmented that color is?? This is the color Rose Hill and the website says it is a romantic and feminine hue. It is a beautiful rosy red color and I love it!! This gloss is amazing because first it has a mirror on the side. Just remember to remove the sticker that is on top of the mirror, but I haven't done that yet that's why it looks dirty on the picture. Secondly, when you open this gloss it lights up. Maybelline Eye Studio 24 HR Color Tattoos

Hey guys!!! This is one of my favorite products from Maybelline. I heard my friend Nikki talking about them in her videos and I had to try one out. The first one I got is from the Metal collection in Inked in Pink. Recently in a swap I received the color Caramel Cool, but unfortunately it is a limited edition color and it is not available anymore. I am sorry about that. I have loved my Inked in Pink so much that I have hit pan on it. I have heard that you don't need a primer with these, but I still put primer on just because I have oily eyelids. When you apply it just blend it out quickly because once it sets it will not budge. I recommend you to do one eye at a time so you have time to blend it out. I love using these as a base or even alone with winged liner and done. I was at Sephora once and they were trying to remove my eye makeup, but they were having trouble.
