Emite Make Up Artist Colour Powder Blush

Hey guys!!! I have been chatting a lot about stuff I have received from Generation Beauty I decided to change it up and talk about something I have received from Glossybox. It has been a few months since I have received the boxes and I haven't reviewed anything I have gotten. Time to change that. I received the Emite Make Up Artist Colour Powder Blush in the shade 108 in my September Glossybox. I didn't post my September box, but oh well. I had never heard of this brand so I wasn't sure what to think about it.  What I found interesting, I don't know why I do, was that when I went to the website it asked me to translate my page. I haven't had to do that with any product from either Birchbox or Ipsy.  I love that this product is free of parabens, perfumes, cyclic silicones, completely vegetable, and most importantly not tested on animals. My skin has been sensitive lately so I know I can rely on this product on not breaking me out even more. ...

treStiQue Color & Smudge Shadow Crayon

Hey guys!!! Yet another product that I received from Ipsy and Generation Beauty. I am talking about the treStiQue Color & Smudge Shadow Crayon. I received the shade Ventetian Gold in one of my last Ipsy Bags and Kona Coffee in my Generation Beauty Swag Bag. At first I didn't think it would work for me because it is way too creamy. I always use primer before any shadow base because my lids are oily. The website says that it is a 12 hour eyeshadow that is that is buildable, blendable, and crease free. I agree with all those claims 100%. It blends like a dream and lasts all day crease free. I have had watery eyes and still no creasing. I actually love to use these as a base so my powder eyeshadows can appear more vibrant and last all day. These have been one of my go to shadow sticks along with NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk and Jordana Shadow Pencil in Almond. The full size has a smudger on the other end and because these are mini sizes it doesn't hav...

Glossybox December 2015

Hey guys!!! It is Glossybox time!!! I always get excited when I receive this box in the mail because it is never disappointing. You always get full size products for the most part in this box and that's what I love. Simple Sugars All-Natural Body Scrub-  This is a handmade and all-natural body scrub great for even the most sensitive skin. The sugars and natural oils will scrub the stress away leaving your skin refreshed. I am using a body scrub right now so I won't be using this one till I am done with that one and I can't wait to try this one! Color Club Nail Polish-  I got the shade Feverish and it is a pretty red burgandy color. I love this brand of nail polishes and I am excited to put this one my toes soon.  Gold Label Cosmetics Creme Lipstick-  This is a cruelty-free formula that melts into the lips and saturates them with lasting color. I think I got the shade First Class and it is a pretty red color. I have heard about this lipstic...

Laura Mercier Matte Radiance Baked Powder

Hey guys!!!  In my project pan I mentioned that I wanted to use up the Laura Mercier Matte Radiance Baked Powder in Bronze-03. I got this in a Laura Mercier 500 point perk and I have heard a lot about the shade highlight-01 so I had high hopes that this product would be great as well.  I am used to my bronzer being very pigmented and having to be very careful with it because if I don't I will look muddy. This product I don't have that problem. This product looks natural on the skin and doesn't look harsh at all. I do my makeup very early in the morning and thanks to this I never worry about having a heavy hand and making myself look muddy. The swatch on the picture is actually a heavy swatch. This product is good for people who tend to be heavy handed with their bronzer or even beginners who are still trying to get the hang of bronzing and contouring. I am still trying to get the hang of contouring to be honest.  The website says that it is suppo...

It Cosmetics Bye Bye Under Eye Anti-Aging Concealer

Hey guys!!! I have been loving trying out new stuff all the time and I am excited to let you guys know about all of it. I received the It Cosmetics Bye Bye Under Eye Anti-Aging Concealer from Generation Beauty and I was excited to try this out especially since LustreLux loves it.  I have the shade Tan. Before I get into the review.....How CUTE is this little sample??!!! I died when I saw it! Anyways back to the review! This concealer has anti-aging ingredients, its crease-proof, conceals age spots, redness, dark circles, and more. I actually had low hopes for it because it is a thick concealer and I had tried the Tarte concealer that is just as thick, but I hated that one. At first I didn't like it to be honest. I decided to still keep trying it till I use it all up. It is very full coverage and I love it for when I don't get enough sleep or even no sleep at all. At first I would set my under eyes with a brush and it would still crease on me very badly....

December 2015 Birchbox Unboxing

Hey guys!!! I thought it was time for a break for reviews and just show you guys what I received in my Birchbox this month. I am always excited to get my boxes in and see what I get. Serge Normant Dream Big Instant Volumizing Spray-  This is self explanatory. It gives you effortlessly tousled hair look and full of volume. I am not too fond of these sprays because some that I have tried didn't work, but I will try this out. (MALIN+GOETZ) Clarifying Clay Mask-  This mask exfoliates your skin while at the same time treats oiliness and pesky blemishes. I have already tried this and so far so good. theBalm cosmetics FratBoy Blush-  This talc free blush gives your skin a fresh radiance that makes you look and feel young. Yu-Be Moisturizing Skin Cream-  It is Japan's top selling skin cream and it is free of artificial dyes and fragrances. I will probably gives this out to someone I am not sure just yet. It sounds promising, but I am scared to try new ...

Spice Vox Box

Hey guys!!! I have received yet another Vox Box complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes. This time I got the Spice Vox Box. I really liked this one because it has different variety of things in this box. It was from food, nails, hair, skin, and feet.  As you can see it is a great variety of stuff. I was excited to try everything out. I started with the Veggie Stix!  I got the Good Health Veggie Stix and I had tried a different brand, but it was practically the same thing before. I love these chips. These are some of my favorites to purchase. Now I have been purchasing this brand ever since I got this.  I got the SoapBox Coconut Shampoo and Conditioner. Now this was what I was so excited for! First of all it smells like coconut and I have been loving that scent recently. This product also contains shea butter and when I tried this on my hair....OMG! My hair was so soft. I couldn't believe how soft it was. I like this brand because I f...

Jesse's Girl Cosmetics Nail Polishes by JulieG

Hey guys!!! I know I haven't spoken about nail polishes in a long while, but I thought it was time to chat about it again. I have heard about JulieG Nail Polishes for a long while especially from ItsJudyTime a while back and I was bummed that I can't buy it because I don't have a Rite Aid here. I received one polish from Ipsy I believe and I received two from Generation beauty at Jesse's Girl Cosmetics booth. I got the shades Beach Bonfire and Lolli Pop from Gen beauty and I got Damsel from Ipsy.  (Beach Bonfire, Damsel, Lolli Pop) Beach Bonfire is actually my most favorite one! This one is pigmented with one coat, but I always do two coats with any nail polish no matter what. This one lasts on my nails the longest. It can go a week without chipping. It doesn't even need a top coat because it is very shimmery and glittery. I actually wore this one for one month because I loved it so much. Damsel is the very first one I got through Ipsy...

Benefit Gimme Brow

Hey guys!!! You guys now by now that I went to Generation Beauty NYC and I got a big goodie bag so I will be talking about products that I got from there for a bit. Benefit was there and we all got the Benefit Gimme Brow . My holy grail brow product, Pixi Natural Brow Duo , was done recently so I decided to give this product a try. I got mine in the shade Medium/Deep. As you can see it has a very small brush so I thought how am I going to apply the product with this tiny brush?? Surprisingly, even with the tiny brush it was really easy to use and easy to work with. Also this product has fibers and it makes your brows look thick and full. I use this product in combination with a pencil brow product or on its own depending on the day. Of course when it is with pencil brow product it is more glam brows and on its own you can go either more natural or you can also do glam brows. It is a very buildable product. When I say glam brows I mean I shape my brow the way I wan...

Rosa Novias Special Occasion Dresses For Weddings

Hey guys!!! I came across the website Rosa Novias AU( http://www.rosanovias.com.au/ ) and I was intrigued with all the dresses that they have. They have dresses for the bride , bridesmaids , even for the rest of the wedding party (mother of bride, flower girl, etc.) , and so much more!  I decided to look through the evening dresses because I have a friend who is getting married soon and I needed ideas on what to wear. I am going to show you which ones caught my attention. While I was looking through I saw that their dresses are custom-made and they were actually a reasonable price. I was surprised because I had seen similar dresses with a higher price other places. I also notice that this website has dresses for all shapes and sizes. A-line Asymmetrical Chiffon One Shoulder Sleeveless Dresses A-line Floor-length Chiffon Sweetheart Split Long Mint Blue Chiffon Evening Dress with Crystal Half-Sleeves V-neck Mermaid Floor-length Dresses Glorious Chiffon Pi...

NYX Cosmetics Dark Circle Concealer

Hey guys!!! On a daily basis I don't sleep enough every night and I have some nice bags under my eyes. I have concealers that do cover them, but in my inner corner I always felt needed some extra help. I saw Michelle aka Readysetglamour do a video on covering your dark circles and use the NYX Cosmetics Dark Circle Concealer so I decided to try it out! This concealer has coconut oil in it to add moisture and to help with it not getting cakey. The salmon tone in the concealer is what helps counteract the darkness under the eyes. I still use another concealer on top for a more fuller coverage. This product is very blendable and it is not thick at all so it doesn't get into my fine lines. It doesn't get cakey at all even with another concealer on top. I apply this product with my ring finger just because I feel like it applies better that way. My darkness is covered all day and the product doesn't break apart throughout the day.  Only thing is tha...

Bobbi Brown Instant Long-Wear Makeup Remover

Hey guys!!! A few months back I got a set from Bobbi Brown with the Instant Long-Wear Makeup Remover and the Long-Wear Eye Pencil. I probably won't talk about the eyeliner just because I am on the hunt for my holy grail eyeliner and I don't want to discuss every fail eyeliner I have tried. I was very interested in trying the makeup remover since most of the products I use are long wearing and especially my mascara.  This will be a quick review. When I started using it I had high hopes for it because well it is Bobbi Brown and I had heard great things about the brand. I guess not all products can be good no matter what brand huh? It didn't remove my mascara whatsoever and it removed some of my eye makeup not all of it. With my Sephora Collection Makeup Remover I only use 1 cotton round per eye and with this one I used 3 each eye, but my mascara was still there. One good thing was that it didn't burn my eyes. This product has liquid at the bottom and...

ULTA Raincoat Waterproof Mascara Topcoat

Hey guys!!! You guys know that I always have to use waterproof mascara because my lashes are straight and will not stay curled if the mascara is not waterproof. I saw the ULTA Raincoat Waterproof Mascara Topcoat at ULTA(duh lol)  so I got it to try it out and hoping I could use my higher end mascara samples. I wasn't sure what to think about this to be honest. I had read some good reviews on ULTA's website so I was getting some hopes that this would work. I would curl my lashes, apply this right away, and wait for it to dry before I applied my mascara. My lashes felt really hard and it was really hard to apply my mascara. I tried not letting it dry all the way and then apply my mascara or even apply this and then apply the mascara right away not let it dry at all, but it still didn't work. I also applied my mascara first then this topcoat and it didn't work. I could never get this product to work. It also expired quickly. It started stinking bad a...

Derma e Purifying 2-in-1 Charcoal Mask

Hey guys!!! I had told you guys I would tell you all about this product in my October Favorites , but it slipped my mind. I received sample packets of the Derma e Purifying 2-in-1 Charcoal Mask and I loved it so much I went and bought the full size at Whole Foods. The website says that it deeply detoxifies the skin and defends against harmful pollutants for a healthier complexion. The natural clays and charcoal helps exfoliate dead skin cells and decongests the pores by lifting dirt, oil, and bacteria.  Activated Charcoal  - absorbs impurities and detoxifies the skins surface Apricot Seed Powder  - exfoliates away dead skin cells Kaolin and Bentonite Clays  - absorb excess oils and impurities, relieving skin congestion Kimarine Wakame  - a potassium- and magnesium-rich seaweed that is clinically proven to protect skin against environmental pollutants (exhaust fumes, cigarette smoke, heavy metals) Bladderwrack  - known for its water-bi...

November 2015 Favorites

Hey guys!!! I can't believe it is already December!! I know everyone is saying it, but it is true. A whole year has gone by and it is time for Christmas and New Years soon. *mind blown*  November was a great and sucky month at the same time. I was sick for a good portion of it and something amazing and life changing happened . How was the month of November for you? Too Faced Born This Way Foundation-  This has been my go to foundation recently. There has been days that my skin has been dry and this product doesn't cling to my dry patches. It looks natural and doesn't break up when I get oily. Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder-  I was actually using the  Invisible Loose Setting Powder  and it was amazing. I had heard so many people talk about this powder and I am now obsessed. It sets my under eye better than the Invisible Powder. I didn't think it was possible for it to be better. NYX Intense Butter Gloss-  I honestly don't use t...

R+Co DEATH VALLEY Dry Shampoo

Hey guys!!! I know I recently spoke about a hair product so I thought why not talk about another one so I can keep changing it up. There is such a thing as too much makeup talk.........NAH! It will continue, but for now it is time for some hair.  I received the R+Co DEATH VALLEY Dry Shampoo in my August 2015 Birchbox . To be honest I didn't have high hopes of this product just because I have never heard of this brand ever. The packaging for some reason threw me off  as well. One of the reasons why I love subscription boxes you get to try out things you never heard of before. I always spray my dry shampoo right before I do my makeup so that way when I am done I can go to the bathroom and brush my hair. At first when I spray you see the white cast, but once I go to brush it out it is gone. It absorbs my oils while I do my makeup and the white cast disappears with it. I was very impressed with how quickly it absorbs my oils. This reminds me a lot of my two oth...
