September 2014 Ipsy Bag

I know I am late with this post especially since I already received my October bag, but I had been really busy lately. I was excited to receive the bag after I saw what I was getting on the website. Here is the bag and products:

I have a lot of makeup bags thanks to this subscription service, but this one is one of my top favorites that I have received!

Now to start with the products inside the bag.

Alterna Haircare Caviar CC Cream 10-in-1 Complete Correction

I honestly didn't think I would love this product. It is supposed to moisturize, provide shine, smoothness, softness, UV Protection, manageability,strength, anti-breakage, heat protection, and light hold. First of all it smells really good and secondly I love how soft my hair feels once it is dry and because it does smell good it makes my hair smell good too. It has also helped with breakage of my hair and I will most likely be buying the full size!

Crown Brush Infinity Shadow/Crease Duet Brush

I have heard a lot about Crown Brushes so I was very excited when I saw this in my bag. The brushes are very soft and they apply and blend my makeup amazingly. When I washed it none of the brush hairs fell out. I am impressed with this brush and I may get more in the future.

NYX Hot Singles Eyeshadow

I received the color Addiction and I am in love with the shade. It is a pretty burgandy color and it is perfect for fall. The formula of the shadow is amazing it is pigmented and really easy to blend. I kind of want to get more of these haha. What are some of you guys favorite shades??

Pacifica Natural Water-Proof Eye Pencil

I received the shade gun metal and as you can see it is a silver gray shade. It was a little disappointing because it isn't as creamy as I thought it would be. I only use it as a base on my eyelids for other eyeshadows and it works for making the shadows pop and last all day.

Cailyn Art Touch Tinted Lip Gloss

I received the shade Basic Instinct. I honestly didn't try this one all I did was swatch it. This color isn't a shade that I am into so I added it to my giveaway winner's goody bag and hopefully she enjoys it. I wish I had gotten the red shade.

Whitening Lightning Color Your Smile Lighted Lip Gloss

Hey guys!!! Have you guys heard of Jaclyn Hill ?? If not you have been missing out. She does the best make-up tutorials and recently she had a brush set with Sigma which I missed out on cause I couldn't afford it at the time. Then she announced she came out with her own lip gloss through Whitening Lightning and decided to go ahead and get this one even if it was a little pricey, but I saved up money for it. See how pigmented that color is?? This is the color Rose Hill and the website says it is a romantic and feminine hue. It is a beautiful rosy red color and I love it!! This gloss is amazing because first it has a mirror on the side. Just remember to remove the sticker that is on top of the mirror, but I haven't done that yet that's why it looks dirty on the picture. Secondly, when you open this gloss it lights up.
