Laura Mercier Invisible Loose Setting Powder

Hey guys!!!

Finally I am getting around reviewing this powder. I received the Laura Mercier Invisible Loose Setting Powder in my November Ipsy Bag and ever since I have been hooked on it! I know I did a mini review on that post, BUT it is so amazing that it needed its own post haha.

Since it was in a small container I only used it to set my under eyes and there was absolutely NO CREASING! I used it on my face once it leaves your skin feeling silky smooth and my concealer lasts all day with this product! I have used a couple of other powders and they always tend to look cakey or powdery when I first apply it especially under the eyes, but this doesn't do that.

Whenever I do have dry patches other powders cling to them, but I was surprised that this one doesn't. I have already used this up and I am back to using the powder I was using before.....I miss this powder already! I will be repurchasing this product as soon as I can. My skin changed in the last couple of months now its combination. I get an oily t-zone now and this powder helps keep the oils in control.

Overall as you can probably tell this is my new holy grail product. The only complaint I have is that it is $37! Why??!! I am still going to buy it anyways because of how good it is.

Have you guys tried out this product?? What are some of you guys favorite Laura Mercier products??

Rose and Ben Beauty Brushes

Hey guys!! I haven't done a beauty post in a while and I was in the mood to do one because I am very excited to talk about these! I started follow Rose on IG roseandben  thanks to my friend and I have been loving her content. You can see the passion she has for makeup. I love that she posts on IG stories almost everyday doing a tutorial or talking about her fav products.  I have actually purchased and few of her recommendations and 99% of the products I have bought have become staples in my collection.  When she announced she was coming out with a brand  Rose and Ben Beauty  I just knew it would be brushes because she would always be using prototypes in her tutorials. I trusted her judgment in products soooo I bought most of the collection.  Aren't these brushes beautiful?? When I first got the brushes I felt the bristles and they were so soft. The quality of the bristles and even the handles feels so luxurious. I love the color of the handles too. I ...

Laura Mercier TLSP VoxBox

Hey guys!!! I received the Laura Mercier TLSP VoxBox complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes and I was really excited cause I actually already loved using this product and I got a backup for it thanks to this box. #contest #HowDoYouTLSP I actually used to use the Invisible Loose Setting Powder and I really did enjoy it, BUT I think the Loose Translucent Powder is a little bit better.  You can check my Instagram:  theladypsyche and see how my skin looks after setting my face since 100% of the time I use this product.  I use it to bake my under eyes, bake my contour, and set my entire face. My skin doesn't look cakey or dry when I use this product. It leaves my skin looking flawless and helps prevent my concealer from creasing.  I do recommend if you are dry to not bake and just use this product to set everything because it can make you look dry if you do bake. I actually have combination skin so this product works perfectly for me ...

Battle of the Eye Primers

Hey guys!! I have oily eyelids and I struggled when I was younger with my eyeshadows and eyeliner creasing. At the time I never understood why. I went into sephora a couple years ago with my best friend and asked "how can I stop that from happening?" That's when I was introduced to eye primers. My first ever eye primer was the Too Faced Shadow Insurance. I have been testing out 6 different eyelid primers and out of the six only two did not work for me. I decided to do this blog for the people that have that same issue as me and to show you guys what options there are out there in the make up world from drugstore to high end.   I tried the ELF Eyelid Primer, Rimmel Exaggerate Undercover Shadow Primer, Mary Kay eye primer, Urban Decay Primer Potion, Too Faced Shadow Isurance, and BareMinerals Prime Time Primer. I'm going to start off with the one that was the worst one out of all of these. It was the Rimmel Exaggerate Undercover Shadow Primer. $4.99 ...
