January 2016 Favorites

Hey guys!!!

I know I did my yearly favorites so these products won't be new, but I decided to do it anyways because I have been using a couple of products religiously the last two months.

  • Sephora Collection Bronzed and Blushing Face Palette- I have this product in my project pan and I didn't review this since it was limited edition from 2014 holiday season. These blushes are beautiful and pigmented. They last all day on my skin and blend beautifully. I know they came out with new formula on their blushes. I am sure they are even more amazing than these.
  • L'OREAL Infallible Pro-Matte Foundation- I was using a different foundation for a while and I realized it broke me out in the end(review coming soon) so I went back to this foundation. It was holy grail status! It would last all day and most importantly it didn't break me out.
  • NYX Cosmetics Dark Circle Concealer- This is definitely part of my everyday routine no matter what. Every morning I have huge bags under my eyes so this def helps to conceal them a little bit more.
  • It Cosmetics Tightline Full Lash Length Black Mascara Primer- This is a great lower lash mascara. My bottom lashes are nice and long. This formula doesn't flake or smudge even if I end up tearing up.
  • OFRA Cosmetics Long Lasting Liquid Lipstick- I love love these liquid lipsticks and I am always alternating each week so they're all a favorite this month. The one I used the most this month is the shade Santa Ana. It is a great everyday shade so if I am wearing a very bold look I can pop this on and I am good to go. If you haven't tried these you guys def should.
  • It Cosmetics Bye Bye Under Eye Anti-Aging Concealer- If you are looking for a full coverage concealer look no further. This is high coverage, but it is very thick. You have to make sure you set this concealer if not it will crease immediately.
  • Mary Kay At Play Bold Fluid Liners- I had these liners hiding in my collection, but recently I have been using these on a weekly basis since December. These last all day and doesn't budge even if I have cried or my allergies act up. Once this product sets it sets good. If you are interested in any colored liners you guys should try these for sure.
Those are all my January Favorites. What were some of your favorites from this month??

Rose and Ben Beauty Brushes

Hey guys!! I haven't done a beauty post in a while and I was in the mood to do one because I am very excited to talk about these! I started follow Rose on IG roseandben  thanks to my friend and I have been loving her content. You can see the passion she has for makeup. I love that she posts on IG stories almost everyday doing a tutorial or talking about her fav products.  I have actually purchased and few of her recommendations and 99% of the products I have bought have become staples in my collection.  When she announced she was coming out with a brand  Rose and Ben Beauty  I just knew it would be brushes because she would always be using prototypes in her tutorials. I trusted her judgment in products soooo I bought most of the collection.  Aren't these brushes beautiful?? When I first got the brushes I felt the bristles and they were so soft. The quality of the bristles and even the handles feels so luxurious. I love the color of the handles too. I ...

Battle of the Eye Primers

Hey guys!! I have oily eyelids and I struggled when I was younger with my eyeshadows and eyeliner creasing. At the time I never understood why. I went into sephora a couple years ago with my best friend and asked "how can I stop that from happening?" That's when I was introduced to eye primers. My first ever eye primer was the Too Faced Shadow Insurance. I have been testing out 6 different eyelid primers and out of the six only two did not work for me. I decided to do this blog for the people that have that same issue as me and to show you guys what options there are out there in the make up world from drugstore to high end.   I tried the ELF Eyelid Primer, Rimmel Exaggerate Undercover Shadow Primer, Mary Kay eye primer, Urban Decay Primer Potion, Too Faced Shadow Isurance, and BareMinerals Prime Time Primer. I'm going to start off with the one that was the worst one out of all of these. It was the Rimmel Exaggerate Undercover Shadow Primer. $4.99 ...

Aveeno ultra calming makeup removing wipes

Hey guys!!! I received the Aveeno makeup remover wipes as a gift! Finally I was able to stop using the horrible wipes that I was using before!! These wipes are amazing! They smell so good and everytime I take one out I have to smell it before I use it on my face. They are very moist and they remove most of my face and eye makeup. I always go with a cotton round with another makeup remover no matter which wipes I use just to make sure everything is off. I don't know if they remove waterproof mascara since I am not using one at the moment. Most IMPORTANTLY it did NOT break me out!  I looked online on walmart to see how much it was and it is around $7. I probably will purchase this myself later on down the line.
